Welcome back from the weekend Flyffers!
We hope you all had a great Halloween weekend.
While it is now Monday, that of course isn't necessarily a bad thing! New weeks bring new Screenshot contests, as well as an announcement to the previous theme's winners.
Of course we'll be starting with the latter as is the norm. Despite the actual thread being only 2 pages in length, we actually saw some really good entries, great stories, and some crafty editing and framing. As we've been saying over the past few weeks, you all have really stepped up your game and are really coming up with some great stuff.
Big congrats to you three! I'll be sending out PMs on how to collect your prizes tomorrow afternoon, so be sure to keep an eye on your PM boxes.
While honorable mentions will be listed in just a sec, we really do want to reiterate that just about all of the entries this week were good. Again, good stories from most of you, great cropping and editing, and great execution. We really don't have much advice to give this week.
Honorable mentions go to tillee for once again thinking out of the box and coming up with an off the wall entry, ayme for a cute and heartwarming lumia story, and to vanah for some excellent and creative shots. Oh and we did want to tell chelle_ that there are no hot boys or hot chicks in the Catacombs. Though you might want to check out those new chicks in Ankou's Asylum.
Alrighty, moving along. This week, for Cluster Community Tour, we want you all to make a 2-4 panel comic to highlight and explain to us the more unique aspects about your native cluster and what it is that separates your server from the others. Now you don't actually have to give us a "tour" per say (though that would be a good idea to go off of), but what we're looking for are depictions of what it is that makes your cluster special.
Need ideas? You could interview some of the more prominent members of your cluster and make a comic about that; if you have an interesting siege going on every week, you could make a mockcumentary comic; should you have some weird off the wall drama going on between some big guilds, you could highlight that; Mia has a ridiculous market /ridi; Demian is unique unto it's own, but anyone from Demian participating will have to highlight much more than just 2x Exp and PK; and so on.
There's a lot of room for creativity here and this week really gives you all the chance to help make your server shine (or you can ridicule it I suppose ). Again, though, as with each week we're looking for some creative stories to be told here. Show us why you love or hate your cluster and possibly bring your cluster some cred.
Winners will receive none other than a clean 120 Bloody Armor set of their choice for their efforts.
A great prize for hopefully some excellent, cluster pride entries .
